The architectural concept for this house emphasizes a modern minimalist design with a predominantly white color palette, complemented by natural wood elements. The building facade features prominent wood grills serving as sun shading and vertical lines, creating a sophisticated and clean aesthetic.
The interior is predominantly white, promoting a sense of spaciousness and contemporary style, while the incorporation of wood in furniture and flooring introduces warmth and a natural ambiance. Vertical lines on walls, fences, and accent walls provide consistent visual character.
The owner of this house is a photographer, desiring every corner to be photogenic. The primary reason for incorporating grills on the facade is to allow diffused sunlight to penetrate the space, creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
This concept also integrates a minimalistic garden as a balancing element, achieving harmony between functionality, aesthetics, and comfort.
