The architectural concept for this villa revolves around the ingenious adaptation to a unique triangular site. Divided into two halves, the villa serves a dual purpose, acting as both a residence for the owners and an Airbnb unit. The design maximizes the efficiency of the triangular plot, offering an aesthetically pleasing layout that ensures privacy for both functions.
The centerpiece of the villa is a strategically placed swimming pool, seamlessly connecting the two halves and providing an exclusive holiday experience. The residential portion is thoughtfully designed for the comfort and functionality of the owners, featuring modern and inviting interiors.
Meanwhile, the Airbnb unit boasts a separate entrance to maintain privacy and flexibility in space utilization. Incorporating local materials enhances the villa's connection to the surrounding environment, while tropical landscaping ensures a harmonious blend with the natural setting.
This concept harmoniously merges adaptability to the site's unique shape with the dual functionality of the villa, offering both owners and guests a distinctive and enjoyable living experience.
