This residential project combines traditional Balinese vibes with a modern touch, known as Balinese Industrial architecture. The design gives a factory-inspired feel with exposed materials like red bricks and concrete, creating an intentionally unfinished look.
The ground floor is for dining, living, kitchen, and services. The standout feature is the use of exposed materials throughout the building's exterior, defining Rumah Prika's industrial character. Exposed concrete and red bricks, along with a sloping gable roof, ensure privacy.
Inside, the industrial vibe continues with a simple color palette. Gray terrazzo flooring and plain concrete walls at the entrance maintain an industrial feel. Natural colors come through wooden doors, windows, and rattan on the ceiling. The building mostly follows minimalist geometric shapes for harmony.
Exposed red bricks in a "horizontal stack" pattern on the façade stand out, complemented by a black bitutech roof. The design suits a young couple without children, with privacy on the second floor and public activities on the first, creating a spacious and visually light interior.
